JobMatch Deutschland GmbH is the branch of JobMatch Sweden AB, based in Gothenburg, that is responsible for the German-speaking region. The company was initially founded there as a personnel consultancy under the name Rekrytema. With a focus on the diagnostics sector, the company’s name was then adapted to the new direction.

Right from the start of developing Jobmatch.talent in the early 1990s, we focused on the requirements of modern HR work. Accordingly, alongside renowned experts from the scientific community, HR professionals were and are also involved in the continuous development. The same practical focus also guided us in the development of Jobmatch.screen and Jobmatch.logiq, the two newer tools in the Jobmatch portfolio.

Our clients come from a wide range of industries. Medium-sized companies use Jobmatch, as do international corporations. We also support various institutions in the public sector.

In addition, we work closely with various partners from the HR sector; HR consultants, trainers and coaches use Jobmatch specifically in their projects in order to offer their clients additional added value.
