Jobmatch.talent
You can base your work with Jobmatch.talent on several of practice-oriented evaluation modules.
Result Diagram – The result diagram gives you a clear and highly precise picture of a candidate. You can individually reflect more than 30 individual parameters to the requirements of a specific task or position; this is done using a freely selectable reference corridor, which can also be changed retrospectively in order to compare a result with different requirements.
Key Report – This report summarizes the most important information about a candidate. It gives you a percentage of agreement with the specified target range. So you receive a quick (first) overview without having to go into the details. By directly comparing several candidates, you can see who has the best fit and decide which candidates you should proceed with.
Personal Workstyle – This evaluation describes in detail how the candidate behaves and acts in certain work situations. The report covers different areas, from the work structure to possible stress triggers and motivators to the type of collaboration. You will also receive information on what the (future) responsible manager should pay attention to.
Motivation Profile – The profile shows the challenges and work areas that give or drain the candidate’s energy. These factors are important not only in your recruitment, but also with regard to (later) development measures.
Stress Profile – This profile gives you an overview of the stress factors that affect a candidate. It is an important tool for managers, but is also used in the context of recruitment to get an early picture of possible stress triggers and to identify critical areas right from the start.
Leadership Style Profile – This profile is used in both recruitment and personnel development. It shows different leadership styles and provides information on whether and to what extent a candidate corresponds to these styles in a leadership role. This way you can see to what extent a candidate has a leadership style that suits your company. The profile is also valuable when recruiting managers, as you can also see whether and which development measures should be carried out.
Interview Guide – This additional evaluation gives you concrete suggestions for questions that you should ask a candidate in an interview. The suggested questions are derived directly from the candidate’s Jobmatch.talent result. This allows you to easily address the aspects that are classified as critical based on the result.
Evaluation Guide – Candidates and applicants who you exclude from the further process as part of the recruitment process will also receive feedback on their Jobmatch.talent result. The Evaluation Guide conveys in an understandable and appreciative way what makes the candidate special and where the potential areas lie in which he or she can possibly still develop. Feedback via the handout is an important part of professional reputation management. The candidate keeps a positive image of the selection process, even if he or she is eliminated from the procedure.
Team Report – This report contains several result graphs. This type of analysis is particularly helpful when putting together teams, as you can immediately see whether the parameters that are particularly relevant for the team are sufficiently covered, how the individual players complement each other and where conflicts may arise.
