Jobmatch.talent – certified by DNV for Sweden according to EFPA standards​.

Jobmatch.talent has been quality tested and certified for Sweden by the world’s leading certification body DNV as the first Swedish HR diagnostic tool according to the new EFPA guidelines.

After the initial certification in 2015, Jobmatch.talent has been re-audited by DNV in 2018 and 2021 and the certification was confirmed for all points of the EFPA guidelines.

DNV has taken over the process testing and certification from EFPA in 2015 and is therefore responsible for certification in Norway and Sweden. DNV’s audits are based on the requirements model presented by EFPA in 2013.

The new model has been developed by an EFPA expert working group from various European countries. In addition to the requirement for information on the areas of use, the main focus is on providing users with better and more complete information on the theoretical and practical nature of a procedure. As part of the certification process, DNV describes the various application areas of the procedure in such a way that users and operators can better understand and comprehend the reliability.
